At www.stays.getstudios.in (“Website”), we aim to offer a seamless and transparent booking experience. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, modifications, and refunds for bookings made through our Website.
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Cancellation by Guest
Flexible Policy:
On Cancellations made 24hour prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.
On Cancellations made at time of the check-in date may be subject to a cancellation fee or no refund.
Non-Refundable Bookings:

On Certain bookings are marked as non-refundable. In such cases, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.
1.2 Cancellation by GetStudios stays
In rare cases where GetStudios stays cancels your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., property maintenance or emergencies):
· Guests will be offered an alternative property of similar value, or
· Guests will receive a full refund.
2. Modification Policy
· Modifications to booking dates or guest details are subject to availability.
· Any price difference arising from the modification (e.g., higher rates for new dates) must be paid by the guest.
· Requests for modifications must be made at least 2 working days before the check-in date.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are processed based on the cancellation terms applicable to your booking:
· Eligible Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days to the original payment method.
· Partial Refunds: If cancellation fees apply, the refund will be the booking amount minus applicable charges.
· No Refunds: If the cancellation is made outside the allowed timeframe or for non-refundable bookings.
3.2 Force Majeure
In cases of events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, travel restrictions, or pandemics):
· Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
· Guests may be offered credits or alternative booking options instead of refunds.
4. No-Show Policy
If a guest fails to check in on the scheduled date without prior notice:
· The booking will be considered a “no-show.”
· No refund or compensation will be provided for no-show bookings.
5. How to Cancel or Modify a Booking
To cancel or modify a booking:
· Visit www.stays.getstudios.in and log in to your account.
· Navigate to your booking and select the option to cancel or modify.

6. Disputes
If you believe a refund decision is incorrect, contact us at grievance@getstudios.in. Disputes will be addressed in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and applicable laws.
